Claireena™ – Reimbursement Guide

Overview

Claireena™ is designed to support patients between sessions, extending care while aligning with existing reimbursement pathways. When implemented effectively, clinicians can incorporate Claireena™ into their care model as a billable, supportive service layer—enhancing continuity of care without replacing clinical treatment.

How Clinicians Get Reimbursed

Claireena™ is designed to support billable, between-session care models.. Reimbursement is typically achieved by incorporating Claireena™ into services that support:

  • Ongoing patient monitoring

  • Care coordination

  • Behavioral health support between visits

  • Digital or remote patient engagement

In many cases, providers are able to bill approximately $50–$60 per patient per month, depending on payer and documentation. Claireena™ is structured to fit within this model, allowing for sustainable implementation when reimbursement is achieved.

Common Billing Pathways

Clinicians may incorporate Claireena™ into existing billing structures such as:

  • Behavioral health integration services

  • Care management or coordination services

  • Remote or digital patient support programs

  • Monthly patient engagement models

Final code selection and reimbursement eligibility depend on payer guidelines and clinician discretion.
